The new McDonald’s app, McTrax, is built with Swift and AudioKit. AudioKit is primarily developed by SwiftSchool.io Instructor Aure Prochazka, Ph.D. Additionally, Aure and several members of the AudioKit team consulted on this project to bring it to a successful launch! This is a spectacular example of what you can build with Swift.
Not only are our instructors great at teaching, but, they’re also currently writing code that’s being used in production environments by major brands and popular apps! You’ll directly benefit from their real-world experience.
From the ask.audio blog:
Our friends at AudioKit, responsible for creating a platform for audio synthesis, processing and analysis with live coding are behind the tech. AudioKit 3 allows you to build audio into apps for iOS, tvOS and OS X more easily than before. You might be familiar with their Swift Synth example for iPad.
McTrax is powered by AudioKit, utilizing AudioKit’s record, sequencing, and effect processing capabilities… wonderfully innovative audio application.
